Vintage buy Twine Shell Paper Mache Octopus

A twine, shell, and paper mache octopus. It is colored in a rustic nautical blue rinse and measures 16 inches wide by 16 inches long by 7.5 inches high. The base appears to be paper mache but buy I cannot tell one hundred percent but that is my best-educated guess. This is a cool addition to anyone's curiosity shelf or items that provokes discussion.
