Peint Main Quimper France buy Style Pottery Basket Handpainted Handsigned

Listed is a vintage Peint Main Quimper France style pottery basket. On one side it has a handpainted design of a maiden sitting in a field holding a bouquet and on the other side it has pink and blue flowers.

This piece is handsigned "A.F. 26 Peint Main" on the bottom along with "RL," which are presumably the artist's initials.

This basket is in very good vintage condition. There is some age-related crazing and a very small imperfection along the rim on one side about the size of the head of a ball-point pen (see last photo).

This piece measures approximately 6 inches tall and 6.5 inches across at its widest point. It would make a great gift for a pottery enthusiast or an excellent addition to French country decor. buy
