This is a beautiful, vintage, genuine honey amber and sterling silver ring that looks to have been handmade in Poland. The elegant setting features a smooth wide band style bezel which is expertly set to raise the stone off the finger. This technique allows additional light to pass under the stone which truly showcases the gorgeous amber.

The ring is buy a size 5.5 and could easily be sized down or up by a jeweler, if needed. The ring face measures a little over 3/4" inch long by about 5/8" in across. The elegant amber stone has fantastic mesmerizing inclusions which illuminate as the ring moves and catches the light.

The ring is stamped 925 on the exterior of the band and appears to be of Polish origin. The ring weighs about 5.5 grams and the amber has been authenticated as genuine via ultraviolet light testing.

Amber is believed to bring joy, health and happiness and is common for the 10th wedding anniversary and is also the romantic birthstone for November.

The healing qualities of amber are widely regarded and aside from enhancing mood, it is used to treat joint pain, arthritic ailments, throat problems, stomach, spleen, kidneys, bladder, liver and gallbladder issues.
