Bought it refurbished and just don't use it as much as buy I thought. It is in perfect condition minus some light scratches on shell as you can see in posts above. The hinges work great! If you feel it a little loose that is because the new 3ds hinges were looser to provide a more durable build. This ds also will come with a charger as well as safely packaged. Get it while you still can these are going quick especially with the eshop closing down soon.
