This comes with one, not real leather jacket, size large. Two spiked wristbands from Hot Topic. One extra large buy studded belt from Hot Topic also, and one rocker wig from Spirit Halloween. The wig was never worn, I decided to just spike my hair with gel instead, everything else was worn one night and is in like new condition. Also this is not handmade it wouldn't let me pick a normal Halloween costume as a category.
