A set of five tea or coffee cups and matching saucers by mcm designer Russel Wright famous for his casual china or dinnerware his work is featured at the museum of modern art in NYC. Some are on view now I visited the online site where I saw some of his featured work. This is the pink sherbert. This dinnerware has platters, coffee pots, casserole dishes and more complete sets can sell for nearly 1,000$ ! I love the simplistic lines of the pieces and the soothing colors. This set of five reflect the period they are from. This set is in near perfect condition for its age. No cracks, crazing or chips. The little dings you may notice are from the firing process on one cup it is a little more noticable.
