Lego Harry Potter Shrieking Shack. From a smoke-free house. Set has been assembled, displayed, and disassembled a few times over the years, but is in really good buy shape. No yellowing. Instructions have been stored in comic book sleeve with backer board, show some wear, but are also in really good condition. Includes minifigs. All pieces should be there, what you see in the pics is what I have, but I'll say it's 99% complete just to set expectations in case any tiny parts are missing. I'm happy to provide more detailed pics. No box or extra pieces.
