► HOW TO ORDER & ADD PERSONALIZATION

- Add the item to cart and check out. After you've ordered, send us a message with clear photo(s) or scan of buy the signature / handwriting, together with any instruction you have regarding the piece. (eg. The phrase I want is "love, John" - use "love" from img. 1 and "John" from img. 2; remove the underline; make everything on one line; replicate order by Mary Ann in Dec.)

- We will be able to work with an image of anything you have, even an old card or letter as long as the photo is not too blurry. We can extract or combine different words from different handwriting pieces as per your instruction. The handwriting may be scaled and shifted minimally to best fit the piece.

- Message can be sent via "Contact Shop Owner" button on the shop home page or "Ask A Question" button under the listing title. Click "Attach image" to attach your photo.
- By default, silver items comes with BLACK engraving and gold-plated item comes with CLEAR engraving.

- Model is wearing an 18" chain.
