PC Quick Cooker it's a pressure cooker, it steams, it sears, it slow cooks. Also can do dessert. Boil eggs. I don't have all the extra things like for the eggs, the spring pan, steam baskets. I buy have cooked dry beans, soup, chili, collards/turnip greens, roast, ribs, and I think that's it. It's great just not cooking as much. Have pamphlet and cook book.
