We provide phytosanitary certificate to meet legal regulation of international plants shipment. The order you place is in the process of generating a pyto license, and it will take 5-6 working days. Then the plant quarantine process is 6-8 working days, then we will pack and ship to your country. Because we need to apply phytosanitary certificate and export permit.

Shipping: We will use DHL Express. This is fastest shipping we can afford. Usually to United States takes 5-6 days. Other is 8-10 days. We can combine shipping.

Packing: we use sterofoam box. root will cover with small quantity of sphagnum moss. If you have other request for packing, please contact us.

Guaranty: we guarantee all dead plant and heavy damage with no chance of survive with replacement. We don't guarantee for minor damage like dead leaves. We offer guarantee for refund (term and condition apply) with 100% shipping cost non-refundable

Important: We don't take any responsible if your package is held by custom. Please make sure you have import permit if it is required by your customs regulation. So far we can ship with no problem in US (order more than 12 plants must have import permit), France, Canada, United Kingdom, and Italy. But sometimes we can't pass custom in Australia (50% sucess). And we can't ship to South Korea and Japan. Please understand this condition.
