The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask for the Nintendo 64 gaming console (2000.) The cartridge is the Collector's Edition with the gold cartridge and an action holo label. I have checked the game and it works perfectly. The cartridge and labels have some lines/scuffing and the bottom of the cartridge seems to be missing a piece of plastic (does not affect play in any way.)
