Polymer clay jewelry are not fragile, they are flexible, lightweight and hypoallergenic.
Here is Basic Jewelry Care Guide to direct you in the proper care of your jewelry from polymer clay:
1. Jewelry from air-dry clay is not waterproof, so I highly recommend you to prevent direct contact with water like swimming, bathing or walking in the rain. If it happens, just let them dry, don't wipe.
2. Cleaning your jewelry regular can keep it looking like new. Clean it with a dry brush or a dry napkin. If your accessories become too dirty, you can gently clean them with a cotton swab soaked in a small amount of water and re-dry it with napkin.
3. Store your jewelry in a box, it protects them from dust and mechanical damage.
4. Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotion can contain chemicals that can often damage your accessories. Put jewelry on after applying these materials with limit exposure to jewelry and potential damage.
5. Protect jewelry from mechanical effects if the temperature is lower than 10°C (50°F), when the temperature is low, the material gets hard and it's easy to break, but it's flexibility renews in a warm place.
6. Wear your jewelry with care, don't wear it under outerwear.

Shipping
**Regular shipping**
I use the Swedish National Postal Service for all my shipping, unless another way of shipping is required, because it is the cheapest way of shipping. Unfortunately tracking service and insurance are NOT included.
If you want the item shipped to you with delivery confirmation, insurance and tracking number, that cost 9 $ (within Sweden). For international buyers the price is 12$. If you want tracking service and insurance up to 245$, you can choose this option during checkout.
Normally within Europe it usually takes less than a week for a package to arrive. Outside Europe it takes about 2-6 weeks for a package from Sweden to reach overseas (sometimes longer to China, Japan, Australia, Singapore or Russia).

**Registered and trackable shipping**
Standard (regular) Swedish mail does not allow for tracking, but Registered shipping with insurance is possible at extra cost: 9 $ (within Sweden), 12$ (for international buyers). Express shipping is also usually trackable. If you want tracking service and insurance up to 245$, you can choose this option during checkout.

**Express shipping**
EMS express shipping is possible but expensive. Inform me, if you need express shipping.

**Damaged items**
I pack my items very carefully with plastic box and padded envelope. If your package is damaged upon delivery – take a photo first before opening, and then photo the contents for insurance purposes.
If your items have been damaged during the delivery, I will give you a full refund or will make you a new item (this can be difficult for one of a kind item, but we can work something out!).
Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging.

**Refunds and Exchanges**
I offer a 100% money back guarantee – if you don't LOVE your item, if for any reason you are not entirely pleased or your item is not what you expected - return it within 21 days of receipt.
Please inform me within 14 days of receipt about your decision to return the item.
All returned goods must be received in original condition with box, bag and tag. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once I receive the item, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately I do not refund applicable shipping costs or customs fees/ taxes, return shipping buy is at the buyer's expense. Due to strict hygienic reasons and EU law, I do not refund any purchases for earrings. If you wish I can also offer you store credit instead of a refund.
Custom orders are final and not returnable, unless there has been some error in my part or the item is faulty. If that's the case, please send me a convo as soon as possible!
Repairs can be made at no additional cost within six months of purchase.

**Customs fees**
I am happy to ship to any country in the world, however I am not responsible for fees that the custom authorities in your country may possibly charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to know about and pay for any customs fees that may apply to the shipped items.

**Privacy policy**
IMPORTANT! Please make sure that your Etsy shipping address and your PayPal address are the same to avoid shipping delays or other problems. I am not responsible for lost items. I will convo you letting you know when your package will be shipped. But if for some reason you haven´t received a convo about it in 3 days after your purchase from me you can either check the shipping status under the 'purchased' link in the top menu.
If for any reason a package is returned to me by the post office (because the buyer provides incorrect shipping info, if a package goes unclaimed, etc.) the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped. Refunds/returns will not be given on any returned packages.
