This rod pocket valance has the look of a Roman shade but it is a non-functional valance. Constructed with hand tacked rings supported with slip rings create folds with the appearance of a raised Roman shade.

True gray cotton fabric woven with black and white threads.

The 2" rod opening has no visible seam.
