Brand new with buy tags. Bought for pics but never worn due to pandemic. Size 3yrs. Perfect for average size 3 yr old. Purchased directly from Burberry website. Full disclosure: there appears to be a slightly darker water spot mid-shirt. It can barely be seen and I might be imagining it, lol. Will come out in wash. Maybe a little water spilled at some point, but brand new item.
