Late Victorian Antique Brooch Tie Pin Stick Pin Jewellery Box buy Vintage Jewelry Case Jewelers Display Box Tooled Leather James Reid Coventry

An antique jewellery case or jeweler's shop display box with hinged lid. Dates to the end of the 19th century and was likely to be originally for a brooch or gentleman's tie pin / stick pin.
Decorated in tooled leather. Interior lined with turquoise silk and dark blue velvet.
Jeweller's name - James Reid & Co., Duke Street, COVENTRY in gold lettering printed on the turquoise silk.
In very nice condition. Clasp & hinges are in good order and lid closes securely.
Some scuffs, etc. to the outer commensurate with age and use.
Still very usable and perfect to display a piece of antique jewellery.
Dimensions are 3" x 2" x 1" (8cm x 5cm x 2.5cm).
