Vintage "R. Cox" Painting in Ornate Black and Gold Frame This is part of my personal collection that I no longer have room to display I believe it to be an oil painting Frame Measures 23 x 27" Canvas Measures 16 buy x 20" Canvas is in very good condition. Frame needs a few touch-ups and a wire for hanging. I had it hanging on the wall as-is, but when it isn't hanging, the canvas swings at the bottom - needs to be secured inside of the frame.
