Fully lined and closes with zip and two buttons at the back

Fabric feels like nylon

Not marked with a size but seems to fit a modern XXS/XS. Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form and I'm unable to zip it up and button the top buttons. Please use measurements to ensure proper sizing.
