HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the size and number of pets you want then purchase this listing

2. Send me your photos. The better the reference photo the more successful and detailed your portrait will be.
Want multiple pets in one portrait but don't have a group photo? Don't worry I can bring your pets together from all different photos. (Just drop me a message and we can make it work!)

3. Your part is done and I will start sketching in pencil, before I paint I will always send you an image of the sketch for you to confirm everything looks good before I start to draw on top with ink.

4. I will draw in all the details in ink and keep in touch with updates throughout the process.

5. Once finished I will send you the final scanned copy and then post off to you ASAP.

6. All you have to do is wait patiently for your custom artwork to arrive in the post.

PROCESSING TIME


- Hand-drawn pet portraits carefully illustrated with time and love take roughly 1 - 5 days depending on Demand (excluding shipping).

-Have a deadline you'd like it done by? Please message before purchasing so I can confirm its possible.

- I work on a first come first served basis so on the chance that I have multiple portrait commissions at a time there will be a waiting period but I will let you know in advance if this is the case. But if your my only commission at the time processing time should be between 1 - 5 days excluding shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 days

Irish Delivery is estimated at 1 - 3 working days
UK Delivery is estimated at 3 - 5 working days
Everywhere else is estimated at 5 - 27 working days

All International will be posted “registered” so you can keep an eye on where your package is and it won't go missing in transit.

Even with these precautions delivery is out of my control and can sometimes take longer than these estimated times especially during busy seasons like Christmas , so please allow for this possibility.

I offer free shipping worldwide on all my items in my store.

I carefully package your portrait in a protective cellophane envelope,backed on card in a hard back envelope that wont bend in the post.
