All goods are made up to order. We will need 1-3 days to make and ship it. The estimated delivery time takes from 10 to 22 working days, depends on the post services. Tracking number is provided.

We do not accept cancellation of the orders that were sent.
Also, the products with engraving cannot be returned unless it arrived defected.

CANCELATION POLICY

The cancelation is possible anytime BEFORE your order is shipped.
Please be aware, If you cancel your order within 24 hours I will return the order total in full. However, in 24 hours the payment service I use charge the 10% of the order total that's why, they could not be refunded.
So the following rules of return and cancellation are applicable:
- Order cancellations made within 24 hours after purchase are refunded in full
- Order cancellations made after 24 hours after purchase are refunded minus 10% of order total
- The order cannot be canceled after the shipment
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for the items without the customization.
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery
- Ship the item back within 30 days after delivery
- Custom or personalized items can not be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
