Everything you see has been constructed from scratch in a digital environment using original plans obtained from the ship builder or design agent.

This print captures the RMS QUEEN ELIZABETH 2, the flagship of the Cunard fleet for nearly half a century. The QE2 was conceived as a liner catering to the modern tastes of the jet era. Designed entirely in-house by Cunard's own staff of engineers and naval architects, she was considered a radical departure from Cunard's image of 'prim and proper.' This print captures the Queen in her configuration following a major refit in 1986 during which her steam power plant was replaced with a modern diesel electric plant. This change necessitated an entirely new (and larger) funnel which remained with the Queen for the remainder of her career.
