1940s C-Clamp Forged Steel by Hargrave (Cincinnati Tool Company)

This is a vintage industrial forged steel 8 inch No 44 C-Clamp with wing / butterfly screw nut handles. The Cincinnati Tool Co., which was founded in 1877, changed its name to the Hargrave Company in 1925 and continued buy under that name until 1955.

This item is about 80 years old and it is in good condition with age and use appropriate wear (as shown in the photographs).
