Cloisonné Camel Trinket Box – Blue & Yellow 2 Hump Camel Lidded buy Figurine – Small Enameled Brass Camel – Vintage Cloisonné

This stunning vintage cloisonné camel has 2 humps. Its humps are the lid to the small oval box.

The base metal of the camel is brass which is covered with colors of blue & yellow with some red & white. A chain attaches the hump lid to the body of the camel.

Overall this gorgeous camel is in very good to near excellent condition. The brass is still fairly shiny – not aged. This piece belonged to my mom & I believe purchased him on her trip to the Orient in the ‘90s.

The piece measures approximately 1 3/4” (4.5cm) tall and 2 1/2” (6.4cm). Its base is about 1 7/8” x 5/8” (4.8cm x 1.6cm).
It should be noted that the storage area is very small & slim.

This trinket box is a beautiful display piece as well as hidden storage (for something very small & thin).
