Going for a more modern colorful approach to a baby quilt. This was a fun rainbow, geometrical eye catcher! Keeping with the rainbow theme, the backing is a pretty pastel rainbow print. Good way to try to keep away the rain clouds and brighten up any nursery, stroller or car ride!
Pictures are against a cradle and they are taken with natural light and flash. Included a shot of the backing as well. buy I rotary cut, machine piece and freehand quilt the top. The binding is sewn on my machine to withstand washing and drying!

I did not pre-wash my newer quilts as it seems some like it better when they look "new". (also better for a wall hanging)
Once you wash and tumble dry the quilt will get the puckered look and get softer with each washing!
