The cards appear to be in used condition but they vary. Some of the sleeves appear to have multiple cards as well. There are a lot of holographic cards, some vintage cards and a lot of newer cards. I don't personally collect pokemon cards so I have no clue what all is here. There is also a good amount of loose cards not in the binder as shown. Overall good condition.
