A hole is drilled in Cool's foot, so he can be mounted on buy any wooden surface such as a deck, railing, piling, or stand. The wooden stand shown in the pictures is NOT included, unless requested. However, a foot spike is provided which bolts to the bottom of Cool's foot to enable you to place him anywhere on your lawn or in your garden. The pvc pipe is cleaned, and Mr. Cool's template is transcribed on it, then cut. Acetone is used to ready the pvc pipe for painting. Cool is carefully molded into his unique shape, and finally, acrylic eyes are mounted so that he will see for many many years. A lot of loving care went into bringing Mr. Cool to life.
