The item under magnification looks to be a watercolor painting on cut out paper that includes a building, water, a tree and flowers (see photos). The item is signed in the pictures with a cut out signature in the artwork (see photos). The item has been professionally framed (see photos). The item is signed by the maker / artist, but I can not read it. I would guess the item may be Chinese or Japanese in origin, but I can not be sure (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). This item in total framed measures about 8.75 inches high and it is about 10.75 inches wide. The image portion not counting the frame, the matting or the border measures about 3+ inches high and 6 inches wide. The item came from a fine Florida estate. The art is protected under glass and it has minimal wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
