This line of earrings was once again, inspired by alchemy. Creating a patina on metal is much like doing a science experiment. It's amazing what varied colors, textures, and patterns come out of playing around with the chemical formula. I am so excited to be introducing this technique to my line of jewelry.

Color, flare, and a bit of attitude...all good qualities for a buy piece of jewelry to have. :)

These brass earrings have a wonderful blue patina on them. Complimented by beautiful, yellow jasper, and sterling silver beads.

- These earrings are 3 7/8" in length and 1 1/8" at their widest point.

- Materials are copper, silver-plated metal, yellow jasper, and sterling silver beads.

- Ear wires are sterling silver

- The patina covered areas have been protected with a lacquer to ensure the patina does not flake off or change color over time. Please be aware, however, that the surface may still scratch if hit/rubbed by something sharp/hard.

~ Jewelry Care ~
- No polishing should be needed, but if you notice a bit of tarnishing occurs on the backs or dangles, an untreated polishing cloth can be used.
- No jewelry cleaners/chemicals, ionizing machines, or ultrasonics should be used.
- Avoid swimming or showering with your jewelry. Metal does not respond well to moisture, so avoid storing it in a humid area (such as your bathroom).
- Jewelry should be put on AFTER any lotions, make-up, hair products, or perfume are applied.
