Custom Rowing Medal Display buy

I will need this information:
1) Team name for blade design
2) Plaque color
3) Desired personalization: team name or rower's name

I started making these when my shop opened 10 years ago. Although they were popular, they were labor intensive and I never wanted my prices to get too high.
