Published in New York by Rinehart & Company, Inc., in 1959. Written by Jerry Sohl, this science fiction novel is sure to be quite the read. The pages are crisp and bright for it's age, with minor yellowing that is typical with older books.
This was previously owned by a collector, and thus has a clear protective dust jacket over the original bright dust jacket. This can be removed, but may cause a tear in the original jacket. There is a chunk of the very last page missing in the middle by the edge, as shown in the images. The top of the book has darkened with age from sitting on the shelf, and there is buy normal shelf wear as well.
The dust jacket has also left ghost prints on the inside cover on both the front and the back, which happens when the book is stored with the jacket on for a long period of time. The bottom of the front cover also has some minor wear to the middle of the dust jacket from being put on and taken off of the shelf. Please see the images for more condition information.
