- Processing time: Our products are handprint & custom made to order, not ready-to-ship. Therefore, the production time should take about 5-10 business days.
- Estimated shipping times: approximately 10-20 business days for standard shipping (plus production time above).
- Expedited shipping: We do offer FedEx/DHL Express at checkout on certain items for 5-10 business days delivery (plus production time above). We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates during peak times and holidays but cannot guarantee them because sometimes shipping carriers' delays are out of our control. Therefore, please make sure to order in advance and calculate the delivery time accordingly when choosing shipping methods just in case you need the item as a gift or for special trips/events.
- Where your items will be shipped from: Our store is located in Pennsylvania; however, we only do custom designs here. We are partnering with multiple printing and production services who are helping us to handle fulfillment and shipment. These business partners are either from the US or international (Cairo, Shanghai, etc...). All information about our business partners is fully listed on the front page of our shop.
- Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Sizes: Our products are true to size. Please strictly follow our sizing guide (last photo of each listing). We would recommend using the measuring tape buy on you first and then comparing it to the chart for accuracy. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
- Returns & exchanges: Please contact us in case we have shipped you an incorrect item/size or different quality/quantity other than what you have purchased. We will gladly reprocess your order. However, if the error is not from our end, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges because the products are handprint & custom-made just for you.
- Cancelation: If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by sending us a DM. We will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
