Annmarie Claudette is a Canadian-born visual artist who creates artwork that explores abstract themes, landscape, and positive self-esteem.

Annmarie was drawn to painting as a way to channel love and positive energy into images that are uplifting and promote increased sense of belonging, and self-worth for various community members, through visual representation.

Annmarie's art has recently been highlighted (alongside 19 Artists) as part of the city of Brampton's “Postcard Project: Your Artist Story", where artists were welcomed to "explore their connection with the city and reflect on how their artistic practice captures the spirit and stories of Brampton".

As part of the project, "The Gathering" by Annmarie Claudette was featured on the Garden Square Screen for a duration of two weeks (February, 2022), and is currently exhibiting in the project's 3D Virtual Gallery (created by Treasured Inc and presented by Brampton's Arts, Culture & Creative Industry Development Agency).

In 2021, Annmarie's artwork was selected to be 1 of 5 pieces, currently featured on utility boxes (located along Queen Street East, Brampton) as part of the city's “Pilot Traffic Box Program”. “In an effort to bring public art activations to life throughout the city”, this program was initiated by the city of Brampton and ACCIDA, in partnership with STEPS Public Art, “a non-profit organization which fosters dynamic and inclusive communities through public art and creative placemaking”.
