This beautiful pair of geese are captured in brass in mid-flight. They are flying over the surface of a pond and are flanked by upright cattails. A lot of fine detail in these figures. The geese are attached to the cattails with screws, then those pieces are attached to the base by additional screws. Great piece of rustic, lodge decor. It would also make a thoughtful wedding or anniversary gift since geese are known to mate for life.
Measurements: 9 1/4" tall x 9" long x 10 1/4" deep.
Condition: One screw is missing from the bottom - one of the attached brass pieces wiggles a bit, but it is still firmly attached. Overall shiny brass finish, some mild spotting in the crevices.
