I look over and clean every item by hand. All of my items are vintage, and almost all have been used by other people at some point. The items I sell all have indications that they have been used or worn. I take as much care as possible to alert potential buyers as to any condition that is beyond used, such as chips, cracks, or tears. Sometimes I miss things, if that happens please let me know, and I will do everything I can to make it right.

I cannot refund items lost or damaged by shipper. I pay for insurance on your items, and pack them as carefully as I can, and mark fragile all over the box. However, I will help you make a claim if it is necessary for you to do so. Since shipping is included buy in the price of your purchases, you should be able get a full refund from the shipping company.
