Handcraft Basic Leather A5 Travelers Notebook was created using a bright yellow crocodile leather in a 2-3 oz weight. It measures 12.5” x 8.65” and includes 4 black elastics. A5 or Cahier inserts sized 5.5” x 8.25”. Simple inside pockets were added using the same yellow crocodile leather. All stitching was done using black waxed thread for contrast. Edges have been finished off buy with black edges paint and buffed smooth.

I use only full grain leather which is a natural product. These are handcrafted, please allow for natural variations in the coloring, markings, and texture of the leather. Each notebook is unique. I do attempt to avoid any scarring that could interfere with the quality; however, I embrace the natural marks and blemishes, this gives each notebook its own character.

Filled journals will have 3 inserts with basic black covers as well as a folder created from kraft cardstock. Each insert will contain 30 sheets (60 front and back) of 24lb paper. Please leave a note in the personalization box which combination of dot grid, lined, or blank inserts you would like.

Please note, these are made 100% by hand. All pieces are hand cut, tooled, dyed/painted, sewn and finished. There may be slight variations and imperfections compared to factory or machine made.
