As seen in the pictures, there's a small, medium, and large size option for these and you can choose your preference in the drop down menu. If you want it turned sideways so it looks like a regular crescent, just let me know in the message to seller when you check out.

I make these completely out of solid 14k yellow gold, hand carving that wonderful crescent shape. These come standard with a with a super high polish but I can also make them with a brushed finish if you like a mate look better.

***Please let me know what side you have your nose pierced on! If nothing is stated, I will send it shaped for the left side. You can always take the stud to a piercer and have it adjusted if necessary :)

For the "side selection" I shape all of my studs so that the bend goes towards the tip of your nose. If you like it going the opposite way (farther into your nose), just pick it as the opposite side you wear :) If you don't see the gauge you would like for the post, please send me a message, I have other buy sizes available. If you need 16g, I can only make it with that gauge for the 4mm crescent. There isn't enough space behind the smaller moons for me to solder that size wire, sorry!

> My standard distance between the bottom of the stud and the bend in the tail is about 5.5mm. If you have a preferred length, leave it in the message to seller for me, and I'll make it just how you want it!

> For nose bones, I make the balls just a little bit bigger than the post that they're on. Any info on how you prefer your nose bones would be very helpful, as these are always rather tricky.
