If you would like any changes to be made, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order as some changes may require price adjustments.

- Each order placed will receive a custom made product just for you!

- Please make sure you check the Production time (Monday through Friday) plus shipping.

- All products are created in the order received.

- Should you need your order sooner, a rush fee can be applied (via a custom listing) to bump your order to the top of the list. Adding a rush fee does not include faster shipping and a shipping upgrade must still be purchased for a shorter transit time.

- Shipping upgrades are available and can be selected either within the listing or via a custom listing to include all prices according. Upgrading shipping to Priority does not include placing a rush on your order and the normal production time will be taken to create your order unless rush fee is purchased.

-Please note I cannot guarantee shipping timeframe as this is not within my control. If there are any delays to shipping, you will need to take this into account.

- No refunds will be made once I've started your order. Considerable amount of time and money is spent to make our items so we cannot issue refunds if you change your mind.

-Due to the nature of different computers, some settings may change the hue of the colours shown.

-Please note as all dresses are handmade individually, so small variations may apply, this applies to all with accessories such as flowers, embellishments and other accessories on the dress.

- flowers arrangement may vary to the photo as each one is individually crafted.

- Please note, items purchased may have small items and they are worn to be under adult supervision.
