For this listing (MEDIUM version), you can choose only 1 color of gemstones.

These will be either gold or silver plated, plating color to match the dew drop colors on the rosebuds as follows:
White rose: Gold plated
Pink rose: Gold plated
Deep purple rose: Silver plated
Blue: Silver plated

Important Information/Refunds/ Exchanges:
As the freshwater pearls and gemstones are natural, small scruffs or other minor imperfections are to be expected and are not considered defects.
As each glass bead is handmade (by Ukrainian artisans, not by me!), they will not be identical/perfect match from the left to the right pair.
There may be slight colour variation due to the setting of your device and are not considered defects.
No refunds permitted for the above-mentioned reasons.

No exchanges permitted for this item as these are considered custom orders/made-to-order.

Refunds are only permitted if an item is damaged or defective.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, with photo evidence of damage/defects.
If a refund is agreed, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refund will be cost of item LESS any loss in value of item if not returned in original condition.
Refund will be made within 30 days after I receive the damaged/defective item; if item buy is not received, no refund would be provided.


Packing:
All items will be carefully packed in a gift box and bubble wrapped.


Mailing (with effect from 15 Oct 2020):
For local mail (Singapore), mailing will be by Singpost's registered mail (with tracking).

For international deliveries, the parcel will be shipped to your selected country via registered air mail (with tracking) and then handed over to your country's postal service.
Any delays due to customs or your country's postal service will not be within my control and I will not be responsible for any such delays and costs associated with these delays.

If you fail to receive/collect your parcel and the item is returned to me, you will have to pay shipping fees for redelivery. Redelivery fees are estimated at SGD12.50 for international registered air mail.
