Sterling Silver Medical Anklet custom made with your severe allergies and or other medical conditions. I add a red Cubic Zirconia stone set in Sterling Silver but if you prefer a different colour you can certainly have it.

I put the Medical Alert Symbol on the front. If you don't want it there you MUST be specific about not wanting it in the Note To Seller Box at checkout.

INFORMATION to put on the plate is put in the Personalization box and/or in the message to sender box at checkout. I have set the character limit to about 60 characters as the inside can be double lined. The more characters the longer the bar. If your ankle is larger I can probably fit more characters, just ask but make sure you let me know your anklet size so I can give you an idea if it will work. Please indicate what you want like this:

Each piece is individually shaped, carved and hand stamped. Upon arrival you many need to bend the plate a bit so that it is a comfortable fit to your foot as each foot is shaped differently. (Do not worry about bending the silver bar with your hands, it won't break as it is solid sterling silver.)
