This vintage 1920's to 1930 's cloche hat has a soft top and a navy blue raffia brim. It has a wide, grosgrain loop in back & one around the brim. The top frame is a flexible buckram under a beautifully swirled, shimmery, rounded crown. The down-turned brim is a pretty weave buy of navy blue. There's a Union Made label inside. Please note that the ends of the loops are worn. The band around the crown could be tacked in place because it can be moved to reveal the ends of the woven brim. The lining band inside is unstitched in places.
