THE NEW SCOOBY DOO MOVIES was only the SECOND incarnation of Scooby Doo! And this a nice cel of Stan Laurel, from the 10th episode with Laurel and Hardy, "The Ghost of Bigfoot." Has some line loss, etc. (see pics). Includes a color laser background. We've included a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
