Q. What is your turn around time?
A. Usually I have many orders at one time so I do ask for UP TO 3 WEEKS to have the time to order the shoes, work on them in order buy received and drop them off with USPS. But they could be sent earlier!!!
Q. Do you do returns?
A. Since products are hand made and custom designed, there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. Please be sure of sizing and what design you want before ordering.
Q. Can you paint other characters?
A. Definitely! Add your design in when ordering for a custom listing! I'll reach out to you to be sure I understand what you want!
