Wedding Invitations cannot be customized by the buyer via the Etsy website - the shop owner will make all customizations for you after purchase. Digital files are not available for this design.

Electronic proofs are always sent prior to printing. Proofs will be sent via Etsy Conversation or email within 24-48 hours after purchase and providing the complete details for review. I need written approval (in the form of response by email or Etsy) to move forward with printing. A valid email address should be associated with this order so that proofs can be received. If I am unable to reach you for proof approval - your order will be cancelled.

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOMIZED INVITATION SETS
Select from the drop-down menu the paper quality, White Card Stock or Luxe Cotton:
*WHITE CARD STOCK: This is a standard, 120 lb, matte, white card stock
*WHITE LUXE COTTON: An upgrade to the standard paper; this stock is made from cotton which gives it a soft, textured luxe feel.

Then click the drop-down menu for "Number of Printed Invitation Sets/Envelopes" and select a quantity to be printed.

Listing includes the specified quantity of:
5x7 inch Invitations
4x6 inch postcard RSVP Cards (no return envelope needed!)
5x7 buy inch white paper envelopes

Please provide the following details in the personalization section:
-Names of the couple
-Day of wedding
-Time of wedding
-Location of wedding (including address, if desired)
-Date to RSVP by
-Any customized text or wording (proof will reflect this at no extra charge)

TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING OF FINISHED PRODUCT
Once details have been received regarding the order, electronic proofs will be sent within 24-48 business hours. Proofs will be sent either via Etsy conversation or email. To ensure timely processing of the order, please review the proofs as soon as possible.

Printing will begin after the electronic proofs have been approved in writing by Etsy conversation or email. In the event the buyer does not respond to the electronic proof communication, the order will be cancelled. Please make sure to check your email spam blocker so that communication from my email account or Etsy shop is not missed.

After all proofs are approved, the time to print postcards will be 2-3 business days. Printing is done by a 3rd party professional printer. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. Shipping is by US Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance and tracking provided to the customer. Shipping time is estimated to be 2-4 days for most addresses but could take longer depending on the US Postal Service. Priority Mail shipping times are not guaranteed and it is the customer's responsibility to track their product. FedEx shipping can be requested for an additional fee. FedEx shipping must be requested prior to approval of the proof. Shipping method cannot be changed once the proof is approved.

Please be aware that local United States Post Offices may apply stickers, ink, barcodes, or stamps to RSVP postcards. US Post Office equipment, processing, weather, and transit is completely outside the control of this shop and can vary greatly depending on the processing conducted at each local office. USPS machinery may cause damage to the postcards during processing and this is not the responsibility of the shop. Refunds will not be offered for any damage that is caused by USPS, weather, delivery, or transit. The only way to provide additional protection to the card would be to place the RSVP postcard in a separate envelope or select one of the shop's listings that include RSVP envelopes. This shop will gladly offer envelopes with any design upon request (for an additional fee), but it is upon the client to request this. Purchase of any listing that includes an RSVP postcard indicates that the buyer understands postcards may be damaged in the process of handling and replacement or refund of damaged cards is not available.

REORDERING EXTRA INVITATIONS
If you find that you have not purchased enough invitations and your order has already shipped, a new order will need to be placed for the desired quantity. The Shop keeps approved proofs on file for approximately 12 months.
