The gourd is hand built and has a slightly asymmetrical form/
It is hand carved and hand painted with terracotta and copper oxide.

Made of clay. Safe tableware lead-free glaze inside.
Outside it is covered with natural wax for water resistance and smoother touch.

*Why do I make ceramic cups for yerba mate?
I tested it myself and discovered that they are easier to use - no troubles with cracking because of drying, or bacteria growing as with traditional gourds.
