This is the hook that started it all! Founder Harrison Richards began making these hooks from his parents' garage. To this day, each Alpha Series hook is made one-by-one, by hand, and is completely one of a kind. There will be no other hook with your hook's unique combination of grain, wood, size, and shape - which we leave up to the artists at the moment of creation.

Please note that I am not responsible for shipping times, once the item leaves my hands and is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible. We do have shipping upgrades available if you need your items by a certain date. The free shipping promotion includes the cheapest shipping costs. The post office is backlogged, they are understaffed and doing their best, due to our current situation and COVID. Please be patient. Please allow enough time for the item to get to you. If you didn't purchase the upgrade for shipping, then the packages will get there when it gets there. All hooks ship first class, and they are not guaranteed by a certain time, but all packages are insured. And there is tracking available. If you have an issue with your purchase not arriving, I will help you any way I can.

If you have issues with your hook, please contact me. Even though we do not accept returns, we do want you to love your new hook, so we will help figure out a solution that works for you.

Hooks have a 90-day warranty with Furls, but in order to get a replacement if there is something wrong with your hook, you have to contact me (with pictures) within that time frame. I am not responsible for hook issues, but I will do my best to make sure you get a replacement as fast as possible. Normal times when not in a pandemic was 2-3 weeks for a replacement, times during the pandemic has been 5-8 weeks. This is due to many factors, Furls is also experiencing low staffing, their warehouse is backlogged, and shipping is taking longer. These are all things I can not control. I try to be honest so you know what to expect if you were to have an issue.

And if your hook breaks or is defective in some way, we will get you a replacement but shipping of said replacement is your responsibility.
