When sending your engraving instructions, please be sure to check spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for errors on your end. If you do not provide a font the default font will be used.

Processing time:
Processing time is usually 3-5 days. When completed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through USPS for your package. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Defective items:
Once received please exam items right away and report any defects. Then contact immediately.
