Lead Time:

All items are made to order, therefore lead time may vary but we will usually ship within 3 days of the order.
Please allow extra time for production and shipping during any and all holidays.

Once the item has left our shop we have no control over the delivery time of the package and are not responsible for any shipping delays. All items will be shipped per customers request whenever possible. If for any reason you need the item sooner special arrangements can be made. Please contact me and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Returns or Exchanges:

We guarantee the quality of every piece that leaves our studio and we strive to do everything we can to make our customers as happy as we are! Customer Service is our number one priority.

In the event that the item you ordered is defective in any way we will replace it free of charge.

All other items we will be happy to return or exchange at the customers expense. Refunds or Credits will be given minus all insurance and shipping costs.

With the exception of:
-Items not returned in the condition they were sent, including damage, missing parts or replacement parts.
-Items that were special order.
-Items that have been worn or used in anyway.
-Items that are a substitute for the item purchased from Snowflake Café.
-Items bought on sale.
-Cancellations of special orders.
-Layaway items.

We must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date for returns or exchanges.
All returns or exchanges must be returned in original packaging and must be received within a week of the return date. Any item returned to our studio must be insured and proof of insurance along with the tracking number must be provided to our studio.

All items are sent in a beautiful signature blue box tied with a white organza ribbon perfect for gift giving to someone special, even if that someone is you! Gift cards are available as well.
