This is a handmade wooden pen made of exceptionally Curly Figured Kentucky Coffee Tree wood with gold plated metal parts. The pen is just over 5 inches long and has a black ink, medium point Schmidt Rollerball buy style refill. It is of medium weight with a good balance and feel, and has a fairly thin grip section. The cap unscrews from the body and can post on the back end of body.
The last photo above shows the board from which this pen came. A good friend gave it me years ago.
