These 3 (Red, Brown, Green) backpacks are quite different from another backpack that we have. this backpack lining is 100% cotton. This backpack outside part all are pure hemp. even the belt and backpack back part also hemp. if you check our other backpack all are the belt part and the back part are made with cotton. with this backpack, we bring slightly different than others have.

Hempathy's hemp backpacks are uniquely designed in Portugal and produced by hand in Nepal on ethical workshops.

We have great pride and put extra care into producing each of our pieces. The finishing and sewings around the pockets are extra-strong and of greater quality than other hemp backpacks you can find, resulting in a more resistant and durable backpack.



Hemp is a vegetable fiber, making it biodegradable and highly renewable. It doesn't require pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides to grow, and per acre, it can produce 250% more yield than cotton and 600% more than flax (which is used to make linen). It grows in just 12-14 weeks and can grow in a huge range of climates, whilst also breathing in four times as much CO2 as trees, controlling erosion of topsoil, and replenishing the soil with nutrients and nitrogen. When used to create fabric hemp consumes far less energy and water than cotton during processing, and the resulting buy fabric is durable and breathable while being naturally resistant to mold, bacteria, and ultraviolet light, so it looks after you as you wear it.
