In reasonably good condition overall. Some wear and tear to cover, A few areas of white staining to cover (primarily back cover - see photo). Wear/rubbing to top and bottom of spine. Slight wear/rubbing to corners/edges. Binding has flattened/cracked a little between a couple of pages (pages 144-5 - see photo) but is still secure. A couple of tiny holes inside back cover, to back endpaper and to last few pages (looks like very old, non-active insect damage?). General age discolouration/tanning. Ink annotation (original owner's name) to first page. Light foxing to external page edges. The odd small mark here and there. But otherwise good. Binding is tight. No loose pages. Internal pages are clean with no major flaws. No major stains, no tears and no further annotations. Please see photos for more information
