Beautiful Midnight black three layer Tulle tutu skirt. This tulle skirt is handmade from hand cut panels of bridal tulle. We use around 35yards of soft black bridal tulle cut with each layer being longer then the next. All three layers of tulle are tightly machine gathered, serged, and sewn to the 5" wide black fabric stretch waistband. This skirt is made to be around knee length, with the longest layer of tulle cut at 20" long. This skirt is fully sewn, never tied. It is machine washable and dryer safe.

XSmall 24"-34"inches
Small 26"-38"inches
Medium 30"-40"inches
Large 34"-48"inches
XLarge 38"-52"inches (good for Plus size 16+)
XXLarge 42"-60" inches (good for Plus size 22+)

Want to know the best way to measure the perfect Length. Measure from where you wear your waistband down 20-25" to include the waistband, that is just about where this tutu will land.
